通过实验测出了激光溅射碳靶时存储离子强度随延迟时间的变化 ,计算出团簇离子的相对存储效率与离子动能之间的关系 ,并对实验结果作出了定性的解释。 The relationship between the relative storage efficiency of cluster ions and the kinetic energy of ions was calculated experimentally by measuring the variation of the stored ion intensity with the delay time when the target was sputtered by laser. The experimental results were qualitatively explained.
