目的探讨人脑胶质瘤中EphB4表达情况及临床病理学意义。方法收集正常脑组织和胶质瘤组织,行逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学染色(IHC),分析与病理级别、年龄、性别的相关性。结果EphB4在胶质瘤中呈过表达,表达于肿瘤细胞和血管上,与病理级别正相关,与年龄、性别无明显相关。结论EphB4/ephrinB2信号可能通过直接影响肿瘤细胞和间接影响瘤性血管的双重作用促进肿瘤发生发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of EphB4 in human glioma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Normal brain tissue and glioma tissues were collected for RT-PCR and IHC, and their correlations with pathological grade, age and sex were analyzed. Results EphB4 was overexpressed in gliomas and expressed in tumor cells and blood vessels. It was positively correlated with pathological grade and had no significant correlation with age and gender. Conclusion EphB4 / ephrinB2 signal may promote tumorigenesis by directly affecting the tumor cells and indirectly affecting tumor vessels.
