作者观察了葡萄糖(G)、胰岛素(Ⅰ)、氯化钾(K)对豚鼠缺氧心室肌跨膜电位的影响并对单独高糖组、GK 组和 GIK 组三组结果作了比较。单独高糖组的动作电位时程显著延长(P<0.01)并阻止动作电位0期去极化幅度(APA)减低:GK 组则使 APA 继续降低(P<0.01)而对 APD 的缩短有一定对抗和阻止作用(P<0.05):GIK 组对缺氧心室肌的 APA 和 APD 各期变化的方向与程度均与 GK 组相似.结果提示 GIK 液对缺氧心室肌有一定保护作用,但含有钾的 GK 或 GIK 组似并不比单独高糖作用更有利于缺氧心肌。
The authors observed the effect of glucose (G), insulin (I) and potassium chloride (K) on the transmembrane potential of guinea pig hypoxic ventricular myocytes and compared the results of three groups of high glucose, GK and GIK alone. (P <0.01), and prevented the decrease of 0-phase depolarization amplitude (APA) of action potential in GK group (P <0.01), and shortened APD (P <0.05): The direction and degree of changes of APA and APD in GIK group were similar to those in GK group.The results suggested that GIK fluid had some protective effect on hypoxic ventricular muscle, but contained Potassium GK or GIK did not appear to favor hypoxic myocardium more than glucose alone.
