肺血流分布,取决于重力和肺动脉一肺泡内压差。当重力因素相对衡定时,肺泡内压变化,可明显影响肺血循环。本文应用向水柱杆压计呼气,实验性造成肺泡内压升高,观察肺阻抗容积图改变,实验结果表明,随着肺内压的升高,阻抗容积图波幅下降,流入时间延长,及出现异型波型,两者呈比例性改变。此一肺血管阻力增高的人体模拟试验,为阻抗法图形分析提供了人体实验依据,及测量技术的影响因素。
Pulmonary blood flow distribution, depending on the gravity and pulmonary alveolar pressure difference. When the relative gravity of the balance factor, alveolar pressure changes, can significantly affect the pulmonary blood circulation. In this paper, the expiration of alveolar pressure was experimentally induced by expiration of hydrostatic pole barometer. The change of volumetric impedance of lung was observed. The experimental results showed that with the increase of intrapulmonary pressure, the amplitude of impedance voltammogram decreased and the inflow time prolonged. Shaped wave appeared, the two were proportional changes. This human pulmonary vascular resistance test increased simulation for the impedance method provides a graphical analysis of human experimental basis, and measurement techniques of influencing factors.
