油泵是电极挤压工艺中的关键设备。实践证明,油泵选型是否合理关系到挤压机能否正常运行,所压制电极生坯质量能否达到标准的一个重要问题。 1976年初,由冶金部钢铁司监制的1500吨电极挤压机,主缸要求压力为320公斤/厘米~2,预压一般也要在220公斤/厘米~2左右。但过去选用某厂制造的250YCY14—1B型轴向柱塞泵,由于按15%变量曲线配备的变量弹簧,致使压力大于200公斤/厘米~2时变量机构便动作失灵,造成电动机超负荷运行,严重影响生产。
