目的探讨支气管哮喘患者外周血白细胞黏附分子β2整合素、血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8和白细胞介素-10的变化及其意义。方法选择我院2010年1月至2011年6月收治的54例支气管哮喘急性发作的患者作为观察对象,即为观察组,随机选择同期门诊健康体检者54例进行比较,即为对照组。采用流式细胞仪检测外周血白细胞β2整合素和血清可溶性细胞间的黏附分子1的表达,并采用ELISA方法检测血清白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8和白细胞介素-10,对两组病例的检测结果进行比较。结果观察组外周血白细胞CD18,血清sICAM-1,血清IL-6、IL-8明显高于对照组,观察组血清IL-10显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,血清sICAM-1与外周血白细胞CD18呈正相关。结论支气管哮喘患者外周血白细胞黏附分子β2整合素、血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8和白细胞介素-10的变化,可能是引起支气管哮喘的重要机制。
Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood leukocyte adhesion molecule β2 integrin, serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1, interleukin-6, interleukin-8 and interleukin-10 in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Fifty-four patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma who were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were selected as the observation group and 54 healthy subjects were randomly selected as the observation group and randomly selected as the control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of β2 integrin and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in serum leucocytes. Serum IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 were measured by ELISA. Group of cases of test results were compared. Results The levels of CD18, sICAM-1, IL-6 and IL-8 in the peripheral blood leukocytes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The levels of IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) . At the same time, serum sICAM-1 and peripheral blood leukocytes CD18 were positively correlated. Conclusion The changes of peripheral blood leukocyte adhesion molecule β2 integrin, serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1, interleukin-6, interleukin-8 and interleukin-10 in patients with bronchial asthma may play an important role in bronchial asthma.
