本试验以茶薪菇为试材 ,研究了贮藏温度对茶薪菇保鲜效果的影响。结果表明 :在 5~ 2 5℃贮藏温度范围内 ,茶薪菇的失重率、呼吸强度、相对电导率和褐变度随贮藏温度的下降而降低
In this experiment, Agrocybe aegerus was used as test material to study the effect of storage temperature on preservation of Agrocybe aegerus. The results showed that in the storage temperature range of 5 ~ 25 ℃, the weight loss rate, respiration rate, relative conductivity and browning degree of Agrocybe aegerus decreased with the decrease of storage temperature
