高浓度镁对心肌动作电位O期除极速率(dv/dt)的影响,文献报道不一。Chesnais和Watanabc报告,高镁可使蛙和兔的心室肌动作电位的dv/dt加快。Woods等发现,高镁使狗心乳头肌假腱细胞动作电位的dv/dt减慢。我们曾发现低钙时,高镁可使蟾蜍心脏心电图的Q-T间期和S-T段缩短。为了进一步验证这一结果,本实验仍以蟾蜍心脏为标本,在不同钙浓度下,观察高镁对心室肌细胞动作电位的影响。
The effect of high concentration magnesium on the depolarization rate (dv / dt) of myocardial action potential O has been reported in the literature. Chesnais and Watanabc report that high magnesium accelerates the dv / dt of ventricular action potentials in frogs and rabbits. Woods found that high magnesium causes the dv / dt of action potentials of papillary tendon cells in the dog to slow down. We have found that high magnesium can shorten the Q-T and S-T segments of toad’s cardiogram at low calcium levels. In order to further verify this result, in this study, toad heart samples were taken, and the effects of high magnesium on the action potentials of ventricular myocytes were observed under different calcium concentrations.
