系统地研究了在十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)存在下,钯(Ⅱ)与meso-四(4-吡啶基)卟啉的荧光熄灭反应.提出了高灵敏测定痕量钯(Ⅱ)的荧光分析新方法.该反应在pH值为4.6的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中经沸水浴加热而完成,生成的配合物使卟啉的荧光强度定量熄灭,进而在强酸性条件下测量其荧光强度,发现钯(Ⅱ)的浓度在4~120μg/L范围内与显色剂的荧光强度的变化值(ΔF)有良好的线性关系.
The fluorescence quenching of palladium (Ⅱ) with meso-tetra (4-pyridyl) porphyrin was systematically investigated in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). A new fluorescence analysis method for the determination of palladium (Ⅱ) with high sensitivity was proposed. The reaction was completed by heating in a boiling water bath at pH 4.6 in acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution. The resulting complex quantitatively quenched the fluorescence intensity of the porphyrin, and its fluorescence intensity was measured under strongly acidic conditions. It was found that palladium (Ⅱ) concentration in the range of 4 ~ 120μg / L with the fluorescence intensity of the developer (ΔF) has a good linear relationship.
