外摩擦片是我厂五吨液压传动叉车齿轮箱的主要零件之一,材料为65Mn钢,(M=4,Z=45);要求硬度为HRC44~49,蝶形度为0.25~0.55(见图1)。其中蝶形度的优劣直接影响叉车的正常使用,蝶形度小于0.25,则工作时摩擦片脱不开,大于0.55,则使齿轮箱内油温升高而被迫停止工作。我们原来用常规工艺处理,蝶形度达不到技术要求,后来受到“固溶—脱溶的变化过程中可能产生动态超塑性现象”[1,2]的启发,改进了回火工艺,取得了满意的效果。1.原工艺过程及结果①淬火工件在RJX—30型炉中加热,
