硬化温度梯度(Built-in Curling)对水泥混凝土路面的使用性能有着显著的影响,而中国的水泥混凝土路面设计规范尚未将其纳入设计之中。为追踪国际上水泥混凝土硬化温度梯度的研究进展,该文系统回顾了近几十年来美国在路面硬化温度场方面的一系列研究,分别介绍了硬化温度场监测、硬化温度梯度对温度应力和刚性路面使用性能的影响,以及美国现行的AASHTO设计指南中对硬化温度梯度的考虑及尚存在的不足。同时讨论中国当前在此领域研究中存在的问题及水泥混凝土路面设计发展的改进方向。
Built-in Curling has a significant impact on the performance of cement concrete pavement, while China’s cement concrete pavement design code has not yet been included in the design. In order to track the progress of the research on the international cement concrete hardening temperature gradient, this paper systematically reviews a series of studies on the temperature field hardening of the pavement in the United States in recent decades. It introduces the monitoring of hardening temperature field, the effects of hardening temperature gradient on temperature stress and rigidity The influence of pavement performance and the consideration of the hardening temperature gradient in the current American AASHTO design guideline as well as the existing shortcomings. At the same time, it discusses the current problems in China’s research in this field and the improvement direction of the development of cement concrete pavement design.
