为了建立脱脂林蛙油胶囊的质量标准,试验采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对脱脂林蛙油胶囊中1-甲基海因的含量进行测定。流动相与甲醇-水按照5∶95配比,检测波长为210 nm。结果表明:1-甲基海因在2.083 2~12.499 2μg/mL(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.20%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=0.64%,n=6。说明此方法的专属性强,可以作为控制脱脂林蛙油胶囊质量的检测方法。
In order to establish the quality standard of degreasing Rana oil capsules, the content of 1-methylhexine in degreased Rana oil capsules was determined by HPLC. Mobile phase and methanol - water ratio of 5:95, detection wavelength of 210 nm. The results showed that the linearity of 1-methylheine was good in the range of 2.083 2 ~ 12.499 2 μg / mL (r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.20%, relative standard deviation (RSD) = 0.64% and n = 6. This method shows that the specificity of strong, can be used as a test method of quality control of skim oil capsules.
