文化创意企业高管人力资本与企业的绩效呈显著的正相关,实证分析结果显示:文化创意企业高管年龄越轻、海外学习或工作经历越丰富、团队从政经历的人越多越有利于提高企业的国际化水平;不同专业背景的高级管理团队应加强沟通,以便提高企业的跨国竞争能力;适当的管理人员流动有利于保持企业的创新思维,增强企业的国际化能力。
There is a significant positive correlation between executives’ human capital and corporate performance in cultural and creative companies. The empirical analysis shows that the younger the senior executives of cultural and creative companies are, the more abundant they are in overseas study or work experience, and the more people experienced in team politics are, the more helpful they are to improve. The level of internationalization of the company; senior management teams with different professional backgrounds should strengthen communication in order to enhance the transnational competitiveness of enterprises; appropriate managerial mobility will help maintain the company’s innovative thinking and enhance the company’s international capabilities.
