Thin-walled HPLC columns that have been in the research since the late 1970s have seen remarkable developments. In order to reduce the column diameter on the basis of keeping efficiency, we have systematically studied the effect of column effect on the column efficiency, and on this basis, developed a K-1 type of thin inner-diameter high performance liquid chromatography column and to give full play K-2 High Performance Liquid Chromatograph specially designed for the efficiency of fine inner-diameter columns.
