本文利用ESCA技术,对以γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(缩写APS、国内商品牌号KH-550)处理的玻璃纤维表面所吸附的N、C元素的N_(1S)、C_(1S)谱进行了分析。由不同处理液浓度及不同的处理时间得到玻璃纤维表面的KH-55O含量之相对比值;并比较了此时所得环氧玻璃钢的力学性能。结果表明,在处理时间为3min、处理浓浓度不低于0.75%wt时,N的含量相对稳定,而在处理液浓度为1%wt、处理时间大于1min时,得到类似规律。力学性能的测定表明,当处理液浓度为0.75%wt、处理时间为1min时,所得复合材料的性能有满意的结果。
In this paper, the N, C element N 1S, C 1S adsorbed on the surface of glass fiber treated with γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APS, domestic trade name KH-550) The spectrum was analyzed. The relative ratio of KH-55O content on the surface of the glass fiber was obtained from different concentrations of the treatment solution and different treatment times. The mechanical properties of the epoxy glass reinforced resin obtained at this time were compared. The results showed that when the treatment time was 3min, the concentration of N was relatively stable when the concentration was not less than 0.75% wt, while the similar rule was obtained when the concentration of the liquid was 1% wt and the treatment time was more than 1min. The mechanical properties of the composites show that when the concentration of the solution is 0.75% wt and the treating time is 1 min, the properties of the composites obtained are satisfactory.
