本文用SDH-AchE结合染色法,观察了经过不同负荷训练的小白鼠腓肠肌外侧头肌纤维型和运动终板的变化。本研究证明,间歇跑训练使红肌纤维数增加6.7%,白肌纤维数增加3.7%,中问肌纤维数减少10.2%;使三种肌纤维的平均直径均显著增加;使红肌纤维和中间肌纤维上运动终板的平均直径显著增加。而连续跑训练使红肌纤维数增加14.1%,中间肌纤维增加9.5 %,白肌纤维减少23.4%;使红肌纤维和中间肌纤维的平均直径显著增加;使红肌纤维和中间肌纤维上运动终板的平均直径显著增加。本文就观察结果讨论了这些变化的生理意义。
In this paper, SDH-AchE combined staining method was used to observe the change of the lateral muscle fiber type and motor end plate of the gastrocnemius muscle of mice after different load training. This study demonstrated that intermittent running training increased the number of red muscle fibers by 6.7%, the number of white muscle fibers by 3.7% and the number of medium muscle fibers by 10.2%, and significantly increased the average diameters of the three kinds of muscle fibers. The average diameter of the plates increased significantly. While the continuous running training increased the number of red muscle fibers by 14.1%, the middle muscle fibers by 9.5% and the white muscle fibers by 23.4%, the average diameters of red muscle fibers and middle muscle fibers increased significantly, and the mean diameter of the motor end plates of red muscle fibers and middle muscle fibers was significant increase. This article discusses the physiological implications of these changes on the observations.
