本实验测定人羊膜上皮细胞FL系乙氧基异吩恶唑O-去乙基酶(EROD)的活性,观察茶多酚对FL细胞细胞色素P4501A1同功酶活性的影响。在茶多酚(GTPP)对猓被鼓芤种柒-NF对EROD的诱导作用。提示,茶多酚可能通过抑制细胞色素同功酶的活性,降低致癌物在体内代谢活化而发挥其化学预防肿瘤的作用。
This experiment measured the activity of FL-ethoxyethoxyphenoxy O-deethylase (EROD) in human amniotic epithelial cells, and observed the effect of tea polyphenols on the activity of cytochrome P4501A1 isoenzyme in FL cells. Induction of EROD by technetium-NF in tea polyphenols (GTPP). It is suggested that tea polyphenols may play a role in chemoprevention of tumors by inhibiting the activity of cytochrome isoenzymes and reducing carcinogen metabolism and activation in vivo.
