选用SD大鼠(封闭群),对无腺体棉籽仁(GCK)的食用价值进行了毒理学评估。急性毒性试验表明,用纯GCK100%作日粮饲喂一周,无一大鼠死亡和异常反应。6个月喂养结果表明,日粮中含40%和20%的GCK(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)组与对照(Ⅲ)相比,进食量无异,体重增长一致,生长良好。血液学(白细胞计数,红细胞计数,血红蛋白含量)和血清生物化学(总蛋白,白蛋白,球蛋白,谷一丙转氨酶、尿素氮、胆固醇、血糖)的测定指标均在正常范围。各主要脏器(心、肺、肝、脾、肾、睾丸、卵巢)系数和病理学检查无异常。各项数据统计学分析,试验与对照之间无显著差异(P>0.05),表明无腺体棉仁对SD大鼠无急性毒性和长期(六个月)毒性影响。
SD rats (closed group) were selected to assess the edible value of glandless cottonseed kernel (GCK). Acute toxicity tests showed that no rats died and were abnormally responsive to feeding with pure GCK 100% for one week. The 6-month feeding results showed that the GCK (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) group with 40% and 20% of the diet had the same food intake, the same weight gain and the good growth compared with the control (Ⅲ). Hematology (white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin content) and serum biochemistry (total protein, albumin, globulin, glutamic ALT, urea nitrogen, cholesterol, blood glucose) were measured in the normal range. The main organs (heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, testis, ovary) coefficient and pathological examination were normal. The data of statistical analysis, no significant difference between the test and control (P> 0.05), showed no gland cotton on SD rats without acute toxicity and long-term (six months) toxicity.
