研究比较了 3种AOC测定方法的各自特点 ,并考查了其它条件对试验结果的影响。 3种接种P17和NOX菌测定AOC的方法中 ,分别接种法由于重复计算了P17和NOX的共同基质 ,测定不同的水样没有可比性 ,不宜采用 ;同时接种法和先后接种法各有优缺点 ,均可供选择应用。试验测定P17和NOX在乙酸钠溶液中的产率系数分别为 1 4× 10 7cfu/ μg乙酸碳和 1 8× 10 7cfu/ μg乙酸碳 ,明显高于VanderKooij给出的产率系数。
The characteristics of the three AOC methods were compared and the effects of other conditions on the test results were examined. Among the three methods of measuring AOC by P17 and NOX, respectively, the inoculation method was repeated because of the common substrate of P17 and NOX. Therefore, different water samples were not comparable and should not be used. Inoculation method and inoculation method had their own advantages and disadvantages , Are available for selection. The yield coefficients of P17 and NOX in sodium acetate solution were determined to be 14 × 10 7 cfu / μg acetic acid and 18 × 10 7 cfu / μg acetic acid respectively, which were significantly higher than those of VanderKooij.
