目的 探讨p53和 cyclin E 蛋白的表达与CA的相互关系及在CA中 p53和 cyclin E 两者表达的相关性。方法 利用HPV6B/11原位杂交显示人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)证实CA,及SP法免疫组化技术检测p53和Cy-clin E 蛋白。结果 HPV6B/11在 CA中阳性率为91. 7%,p53蛋白的表达阳性率为 58. 3%,与正常包皮对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),而与生殖器鳞癌组无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。cyclin E 蛋白在 CA中阳性表达率为 83.3%,与正常包皮对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),而与生殖器鳞癌组则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 (1)HPV6B/11型可作为CA的确诊依据。(2)在CA中 HPV病毒感染促使宿主细胞的过度增生与过度表达和 cyclin E 的过度表达相互影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p53 and cyclin E protein and CA and the expression of p53 and cyclin E in CA. Methods HPV6B / 11 in situ hybridization showed that human papillomavirus (HPV) confirmed CA, and SP immunohistochemical detection of p53 and Cy-clin E protein. Results The positive rate of HPV6B / 11 in CA was 91. 7%, p53 protein expression positive rate of 58. 3%, which was significantly different from that of normal foreskin (P <0.01), but not significantly different from that of genital squamous cell carcinoma (P> 0.05). The positive rate of cyclin E protein in CA was 83.3%, which was significantly different from that in normal foreskin (P <0.01), but not significantly different from that in genital squamous cell carcinoma (P> 0.05) . Conclusion (1) HPV6B / 11 type can be used as the basis for the diagnosis of CA. (2) HPV infection in CA promotes the interaction between hyperproliferation and overexpression of host cells and overexpression of cyclin E.
