Chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) is the most common complication after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), with a high incidence of up to 30% to 70% in long-term survivors. This article reports the relationship between cGVHD and CD4 + CD25 + high T cells in peripheral blood.
