Objective To investigate the characteristics of cardiac autonomic nervous system function and psychophysiological responses simulated by airborne poor endurance pilots, and to provide an objective evaluation method for the diagnosis of aerial syncope. Methods Twenty-two pilots with standoff endurance (bad group) underwent continuous dynamic electrocardiographic recording and psychological-physiological parameter measurement and heart rate variability (HRV) analysis under simulated flight conditions. The results were compared with 15 normal healthy endurance pilots (Health group) made a contrast. Results Poor pilots had significantly lower physiologic reserve ability in simulator flight center, which showed that the ability to accomplish the two tasks and the speed of information processing were lower than those in healthy group (P <0.01); cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction; There is a clear correlation between the values of the psychophysiological reserve and most of the HRV indicators. Conclusions The assessment of psychophysiological load and HRV analysis under simulated flight conditions can objectively reflect the pathogenesis and regulation of cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction in pilots with standstill, and provide quantitative indicators for the diagnosis of aerial syncope.
