通过对受损结构进行现场踏勘,综合三种检测方法,以江西某地下车库工程为例,分析结构产生裂缝的原因,根据检测结果,及时设计加固方案,防止裂缝发展;经验算,加固后的构件承载力显著增大,提高结构的可靠度,保证建筑的安全性。对处理类似的工程质量事故有较好的参考价值。
Through the site survey of the damaged structure and the combination of three detection methods, an underground garage project in Jiangxi Province was taken as an example to analyze the causes of the cracks in the structure. According to the test results, the reinforcement scheme was designed in time to prevent the development of the cracks. After calculation, Component bearing capacity increased significantly to improve the reliability of the structure to ensure the safety of the building. It has a good reference value for dealing with similar engineering quality accidents.
