通过对300 MW空冷机组汽轮机叶片积盐情况,以及结垢和积盐特征的分析,探讨了结垢和积盐的形成原因,并提出可通过加强锅炉停用保护、强化机组检修期间的的技术监督、开展热化学试验等措施解决此类问题。
Based on the analysis of the salt accumulation in the steam turbine blades of 300 MW air-cooled units and the characteristics of scaling and salt accumulation, the causes of scaling and salt accumulation were discussed. Some suggestions were put forward that the technology could be enhanced by strengthening boiler deactivation protection and enhancing unit overhaul Supervision, carry out thermochemical tests and other measures to solve such problems.
