目的 首次探讨了帕金森病（ＰＤ）的Ｘ－刀治疗，为ＰＤ找出了一条新的治疗途径。方法 ８ 例难治性ＰＤ病人，采用Ｘ－刀１ 次１４０ Ｇｙ 损毁ＶＩＭ 治疗２ 例；１４０ Ｇｙ 分２ 次治疗４ 例；１６５ Ｇｙ ３ 次治疗２ 例；每次间隔２４ ｈ。结果 Ｘ－刀治疗后３～２４ 个月随访，８ 例病人消除或改善了震颤症状；轻度缓了僵直和运动减少症状；无并发症发生。神经心理学检查无显著改善。结论 Ｘ－刀可安全、无创治疗难治性ＰＤ；震颤症状改善显著；神经心理学指标短期无恢复。
Objective To investigate the X-knife treatment of Parkinson’s disease (PD) for the first time and to find a new therapeutic approach for PD. Methods Eight patients with refractory PD were treated with X-knife one time with 140 Gy VIM, two patients with 140 Gy twice, four patients with 140 Gy twice and two patients with 165 Gy three times every 24 hours. Results X-knife treatment 3 to 24 months after follow-up, 8 patients to eliminate or improve the symptoms of tremor; mild stiffness and exercise to reduce the symptoms; no complications. Neuropsychological tests showed no significant improvement. Conclusions The X-knife is safe and noninvasive in the treatment of refractory PD. The symptoms of tremor are improved obviously. The neuropsychological parameters are not recovered in short term.
