为了缓解地表交通压力,越来越多的城市利用地下空间修建交通设施,如地铁、隧道、地下车库等,这不仅扩大了土地利用维度,还可以带动商业的发展。然而由于自身结构等特殊性,地下空间防洪问题面临着很大的挑战。作者结合国内外地下交通设施建设情况以及以往的洪水灾害,对上海轨道交通线路中三条主要地下路线进行实地考察,调查了各出入口的外观形式、楼梯构造、落水槽和防汛墙板等防洪设施,并针对现存不足,提出了一些对策与建议。
