应用动电位极化技术及腐蚀失重法并采用自制酸雾测定装置对双烷基咪唑啉季铵盐在盐酸酸洗液中对 A3钢的缓蚀、抑雾性能进行了研究 ,探讨了缓蚀剂浓度、酸洗温度等因素对缓蚀率、抑雾率的影响以及双烷基咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂在碳钢表面的吸附规律 ,发现该缓蚀剂在碳钢表面的吸附符合 Frumkin吸附等温式 ,阐述了该缓蚀剂的缓蚀、抑雾机理。实验表明 ,双烷基咪唑啉季铵盐的缓蚀效率较高 (缓蚀率可达 99.6%以上 )、抑雾作用较强 (抑雾率可达 85 %以上 ) ,且酸洗耗酸量低 ,可作为一种多功能的酸洗缓蚀抑雾剂 ,并具有广阔的应用前景
Corrosion inhibition and antifogging properties of A3 steel were investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and corrosion loss-of-mass spectrometry and self-made acid mist analyzer. The corrosion inhibition and antifogging properties of bis-alkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt in hydrochloric acid pickling were investigated. Agent concentration and pickling temperature on the corrosion inhibition rate and anti-fogging rate, as well as the adsorption rules of dialkylimidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor on the surface of carbon steel. It was found that the adsorption of the corrosion inhibitor on the surface of carbon steel accorded with Frumkin adsorption isotherm shows the inhibition and inhibition mechanism of the inhibitor. Experiments show that the dialkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt higher corrosion inhibition efficiency (corrosion inhibition rate up to 99.6%), inhibition of strong fog (fog suppression rate of up to 85%), and pickling acid consumption Low, can be used as a multi-functional pickling corrosion inhibitor, and has broad application prospects
