本法试验了用垂直式小型色谱柱(0.8×10cm),在室温下以HEH(EHP)(即P507)萃取树脂快速分离微量铈组、钇组稀土元素。结果表明,以0.12mol/L盐酸-1 mol/L氯化铵为铈组稀土元素洗脱液,仅用25毫升便可将100微克以下的铈组稀土元素定量洗脱。继用4 mol L盐酸为洗脱液,仅用10毫升就能将留在柱上的钇组稀土元素定量洗脱完毕。洗脱曲线形状良好。洗脱分离后的两组溶液可用直接光度法测定。
This method was used to rapidly separate trace amounts of cerium and yttrium rare earth elements from a small vertical column (0.8 × 10 cm) using HEH (EHP) (ie, P507) resin at room temperature. The results showed that rare earth elements of cerium group below 100 microgram could be quantitatively eluted with 0.12mol / L hydrochloric acid - 1 mol / L ammonium chloride as cerium group rare earth element eluate in only 25 ml. Following the use of 4 mol L hydrochloric acid as the eluent, only 10 mL of the eluted yttrium rare earth element eluted on the column was eluted. The elution curve is well shaped. Elution of the two groups after separation of the solution can be determined by direct spectrophotometry.
