以“左山一”和“双丰”的1年生扦插苗为试材,利用快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线分析技术,研究了山葡萄叶片被霜霉病菌侵染后的光系统活性,以深入研究霜霉病对山葡萄影响的生理机理。结果表明:山葡萄叶片感病后,随着时间的延长,相对可变荧光在J点和I点的值Vj和Vi逐渐上升,电子传递受体侧受到伤害,不同品种间对霜霉病的抗性也存在差异,“左山一”较“双丰”更抗病。
