目的:研究直线偏光近红外线(SUPER LIZER,超激光)经会阴部照射对慢性前列腺炎及其疼痛的治疗效果。方法:慢性前列腺炎伴有疼痛且口服抗生素无效患者60例,随机分为A组(超激光组,只经会阴部照射超激光)和B组(超激光加服药组除与A组一样照射超激光外还口服抗生素)。用超激光经会阴部照射前列腺部位,体位为截石位,C探头,照射及间歇比为7:1．每次20min,每周2次．10次为1个疗程。检查治疗前后前列腺液(ESP)镜检白细胞,记录治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH—CPSI)。结果:A组治疗后前列腺液镜检白细胞结果显示76％减少,12％无改变,12％增加;慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数以及VAS评分均明显降低;疼痛不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分有效率分别为 81％、82％、81％。B组治疗前后前列腺液镜检白细胞比较结果为白细胞91％减少,3％无改变,3％增加;B组治疗后慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数以及VAS评分标均明显降低;疼痛不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分有效率分别为93％、 97％、98％。A组与B组组间治疗效果比较(包括前列腺液镜检白细胞、慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数、VAS评分疗效比较及症状改善程度)均未见明显差别。结论:超激光经会阴部照射对慢性前列腺炎及其疼痛有好的治疗效果。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of SUPER LIZER (percutaneous laser) irradiation on chronic prostatitis and its pain through perineum. Methods: Sixty patients with painful chronic prostatitis and ineffective oral antibiotics were randomly divided into group A (super laser group, perineal irradiation super laser) and group B (super laser plus drug group) Laser also oral antibiotics). Results: After treatment, the results of prostatic fluid leucocyte in group A showed a 76% reduction, 12% no change and 12% increase. The scores of chronic prostatitis symptom score and VAS score were significantly lower; pain discomfort score, urination symptom score, quality of life score Effective rates were 81%, 82%, 81%. B group before and after treatment of prostatic fluid leukocytes compared to 91% of white blood cells decreased, 3% no change, 3% increase; B group after treatment chronic prostatitis symptom score index and VAS score were markedly reduced; pain discomfort score, micturition symptoms Score, quality of life scores were 93% effective, 97%, 98%. There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between group A and group B (including the prostatic fluid leukocyte count, the chronic prostatitis symptom score index, the curative effect of VAS score, and the degree of symptom improvement). Conclusion: Ultra-laser irradiation through the perineum has a good therapeutic effect on chronic prostatitis and its pain.
