依据12个杂种组合及其亲本在二年内八个环境的综合表现,对亲本间遗传距离与杂种优势的关系进行了初步探讨。结果为,亲本间遗传距离与产量杂种优势的相关不显著。性状的筛选和主成份的选取,对遗传距离的计算结果影响较大。多年多点试验的基因型值相关矩阵是遗传相关矩阵的渐近值。遗传距离作为预测杂种优势的一种可靠指标尚有待于进一步研究。
Based on the comprehensive performance of 12 hybrid combinations and their parents in eight environments within two years, the relationship between the genetic distance and heterosis in parents was preliminarily discussed. As a result, there was no significant correlation between the genetic distance and yield heterosis between parents. The screening of traits and the selection of the main components have a great effect on the calculation of genetic distance. The genotype value correlation matrix for multi-year, multi-point trials is an asymptotic value for the genetic correlation matrix. Genetic distance as a reliable indicator of heterosis prediction remains to be further studied.
