随着我国铁路建设事业的飞速发展,对轨枕的需要量日益增加。原有几个轨枕厂的产量远远不能滿足要求。因此,各地新建和改建了许多轨枕厂。由于材料供应和施工条件的限制,各厂所用的混凝土原材料和钢筋品种各有不同。这就给轨枕的生产带来了一定的困难,同时对轨枕的质量也有一定的影响。为了解决这一问題,我们对预应力混凝土轨枕的钢筋的要求作如下介绍: 1. 预应力混凝土轨枕中预应力钢筋应优先采用热处理低合金规律变形高强度钢筋和规律变形的(如刻痕等)高强度炭素钢絲或压波的光面高强度炭素钢絲。其机械性能分别见表1(V级钢筋)和表2。
With the rapid development of China’s railway construction, the demand for sleepers is increasing. The original sleeper factory output far can not meet the requirements. As a result, many sleeper factories have been newly built and rebuilt. Due to the material supply and construction conditions, the different types of concrete raw materials and steel bars used by each factory are different. This brings some difficulties in the production of the sleepers, and at the same time has a certain impact on the quality of the sleepers. In order to solve this problem, we introduce the requirements of prestressed concrete sleepers as follows: 1. Prestressed concrete sleepers should be preferentially prestressed with heat treatment of low alloy deformation of high-strength steel and regular deformation (such as scoring, etc. High-strength carbon steel wire or smooth wave of high-strength carbon steel wire. The mechanical properties are shown in Table 1 (Grade V steel) and Table 2 respectively.
