钢板厚度方向上的温度分布直接影响钢板的性能和板形。采用现场数据进行了钢板冷却温降过程模拟计算,对比了连续冷却和间歇冷却条件下钢板厚向温度分布,建立了上下水量比线性回归模型并给出连续冷却和间歇冷却方式下的水量比值。通过采用分段排布集管、间歇冷却、合理选择水量比等温度均匀控制方法控制钢板厚度方向和上下表面的温度分布均匀,将钢板厚向温度均匀控制方法应用到国内某中厚板生产线,提高了钢板的质量和经济效益。
