对北京市大兴区梨园主栽品种丰水梨和黄金梨根围土壤进行线虫群落组成和多样性的研究。共鉴定出土壤线虫27个属,其中以食细菌线虫营养类群为优势类群,其他营养类群均较少;丰水梨和黄金梨根围土壤中的线虫优势属各不相同;梨园0~20 cm土壤比20~40 cm土壤的线虫数量多;丰水梨丰富度指数显著高于黄金梨;梨园0~20 cm土壤的WI值显著高于20~40 cm土壤的WI值,而土壤的植物寄生线虫所占比率在20~40 cm土壤显著高于0~20 cm土壤,说明植物寄生线虫所占比率是影响土壤健康的关键因素之一。
The composition and diversity of Nematode community in Fengshui pear and perennial rhizosphere soil were studied in pear cultivars in Daxing District of Beijing. A total of 27 genera of soil nematodes were identified, of which the predominant species were the predominant bacteria and the other nutrition groups were less. The predominant nematodes in the rhizosphere soil of Fengshui pear and the golden pear were different; the 0-20 cm soil The number of nematodes in 20-40 cm soil was more than that in 20-40 cm soil layer. The abundance index of pear was higher than that of Hwangkumbae pear. The WI value of 0-20 cm soil in pear orchard was significantly higher than that in 20-40 cm soil layer. However, The proportion was higher in 20 ~ 40 cm soil than in 0 ~ 20 cm soil, indicating that the proportion of plant parasitic nematodes is one of the key factors affecting soil health.
