目的研究小秋葵(Hibiscus trionumL.)的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、SephadexLH-20柱色谱法、重结晶法等进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从小秋葵中分离鉴定了8个化合物,即山柰酚(kaempferol,1)、槲皮素(quercetin,2)、芦丁(rutin,3)、山柰酚-3-O-(6-″O-反式对香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(kaem pfero l3-O-(6-″O-trans-p-cou-m aroy l)--βD-g lucopyranoside),4)、6-甲氧基-7-羟基香豆素(6-m ethoxy l-7-hydroxy lcoum arin,5)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(6,7-d ihydroxy lcoum arin,6)、β-谷甾醇(-βsitostero l,7)、胡萝卜苷(daucostero l,8)。结论化合物5、6为首次从木槿属植物中分离得到,化合物1~8为首次从小秋葵中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Hibiscus trionum L. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization method. Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified from okra: kaempferol (1), quercetin (2), rutin (3), kaempferol-3-O-(6- “O-trans p-coumaryl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (kaem pfero l3-O-(6-”O-trans-p-cou-m aroy l)-βD-g lucopyranoside), 4) 6-methoxy-6-hydroxylcoum arin (5), 6,7-dihydroxycoumarin (6,7-dihydroxylcoum arin, 6) β-sitosterol (7) and daucostero (8). Conclusion Compounds 5 and 6 were isolated from the genus Hibiscus for the first time. Compounds 1 to 8 were isolated from Okra for the first time.
