对于技术要求极高的端齿或沿周围均布的矩形槽、三角形槽或轮盘榫槽的加工,往往采用先粗铣、精铣,后精磨或研磨的加工方法。但加工后零件很难达到技术要求,且效率很低,不能适应生产需要。我们根据现有设备条件,设计制造了图1所示的机械式半自动精密分度拉削装置,使用成形拉刀在XS30X66A立式拉床(英国产)上成功地实现了半自动拉削,获得了令人满意的效果。
