文章以2008年的西藏3.14事件和2009年的新疆7.5事件为例,比较两次事件中国外媒体报道的变化,总结国内媒体危机应对的得与失,在此基础上提出危机事件的国外媒体应对策略。笔者认为,在全球化背景下,对外传播和对内传播是一个传播过程的两个方面,不能截然分开。危机事件中,话语权的抢夺主要在两个阵地展开:一是抢夺西方记者,二是抢夺西方受众。
Taking the events of Tibet 3.14 in 2008 and Xinjiang 7.5 in 2009 as an example, the article compares the changes in the coverage of the two foreign media coverage in China and other countries, summarizes the gains and losses of the domestic media crisis response, and based on this, the foreign media response to the crisis events Strategy. In my opinion, in the context of globalization, external communication and internal communication are two aspects of a communication process that can not be completely separated. During the crisis, the preemption of the right to speak was mainly carried out in two positions: one is to snatch western reporters and the other is to snatch western audiences.
