随着大功率汽轮机的发展,对动叶片的要求也愈来愈高。具有先进水平的动叶片应该做到:叶片在强度、振动方面安全可靠,有高的气动效率,以及有良好的通用性和工艺性。但这几方面相互之间是有矛盾的,同时都满足这些要求是有困难的。设计叶片时要根据具体情况予以统筹解决。哈汽厂设计的N600-135/535/565汽轮机,由于中压缸采用单流方案,级的蒸汽流量和含降大,所以中压缸动叶片的刚性和效率的问题就显得很突出。这次为60万危汽轮
