本文综述有关甲状腺疾病免疫学的研究近况。介绍体液免疫中血清甲状腺免疫球蛋白的类型和临床意义。细胞免疫中有关T 淋巴细胞及其亚群、K 淋巴细胞的临床意义。介绍了HLA 和Graves 病、HLA 和甲状腺免疫球蛋白在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病中的相互关系。 This review summarizes the current status of thyroid disease immunology research. Introducing the type and clinical significance of serum thyroid immunoglobulin in humoral immunity. Cellular immunity in T lymphocytes and its subgroups, K lymphocytes clinical significance. The relationship between HLA and Graves’ disease, HLA and thyroid immunoglobulins in autoimmune thyroid diseases is introduced.
