用1:1,000的华支睾吸虫抗原进行ELISA观察了病原确诊的华支睾吸虫病人血中的抗体水平,以及其治疗前后抗体的变化。所有病人均系广东南海糖厂职工,经用甲醛乙醚浓集法粪检发现虫卵,同时并进行虫卵计数,按每g粪内的虫卵几何平均数分为轻度(<500)、中度(501~4,999)及重度(>5,000)感染。对治疗后观察的病例,系于治疗后4个月时连续三次浓集法粪检均为阴性的作治愈统计,并采血样进行检测,与治疗前进行比较。抗原
