为了探讨胃癌全胃胰体尾脾脏联合脏器切除手术的手术操作技巧,分析全胃+胰体尾切除手术160例胃癌患者临床资料,按手术操作方式不同分为改良组80例和传统组80例,对比2组手术时间及术中出血量。结果改良组平均手术时间为88.84min,传统组为165.68min,差异有统计学意义,P=0.042。改良组手术中平均出血342.65mL,传统组为310.87mL,差异无统计学意义,P=0.068。初步研究结果提示,胃癌全胃胰体尾脾脏联合脏器切除手术改良操作组比传统组手术时间缩短,操作相对简单,降低了手术风险。
In order to explore the surgical technique of gastric total body pancreas tail tail spleen combined with organ resection, the clinical data of 160 cases of gastric cancer treated by whole stomach + pancreatectomy and resection were analyzed. According to the operation mode, 80 cases were divided into two groups: the modified group (80 cases) and the traditional group Cases, compared two groups operation time and intraoperative blood loss. Results The average operation time was 88.84 minutes in the modified group and 165.68 minutes in the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.042). In the improved group, the mean hemorrhage in operation was 342.65mL, which was 310.87mL in the traditional group, the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.068). Preliminary results suggest that the operation of gastric gastrectomy combined with tail gastrectomy and organ resection is shorter than that of the traditional operation, and the operation is relatively simple and reduces the operation risk.
