通过实验装置和实验方法设计,在人工控制的水域环境条件下,以每批100尾凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusvanamei)虾苗进行虾苗对光照强度、水温、溶解氧含量和盐度单因子适应性实验,以及对温度和盐度、温度和溶解氧的双因子正交实验。经过对实验数据的分析,得出虾苗有较强的趋光性,虾苗的适光范围为130~1060lx;虾苗的耐温范围较广,适宜温度为17~23℃,最适温度为20~23℃;虾苗的耐盐范围较广,适盐值为15‰~35‰,最适值为24‰~26‰;耐受氧浓度一般不能低于4.5mg/L,最适溶解氧范围为6~6.5mg/L以上。在对双因子正交实验的数据方差分析时,发现温度对虾苗的影响极为显著,盐度和溶解氧的影响次之。
