借助X射线及电子探针等分析手段,对旋转磁场作用下高硅铸铁合金 Fe-20%Si-0.8%C的定向凝固组织特性进行了研究。结果表明,先结晶的少 量细小石墨几乎全部分离到试棒的外表面,形成2mm的富集层,而大量的 SI则形成铁硅相,且有新相FeSi2生成。
The properties of directional solidification of Fe-20% Si-0.8% C high-silicon cast iron alloy under rotating magnetic field were studied by means of X-ray and electron probe analysis. The results show that a small amount of fine graphite crystallized first almost completely separated from the outer surface of the test bar to form a 2 mm thick layer, while a large number of SI formed an iron-silicon phase and a new phase of FeSi2 was formed.
