本文对一种新型的电液数字换向阀进行实验研究。该阀结构上采用阀芯的双运动自由度原理设计; 控制上采用步进电机的连续跟踪控制方法, 以解决传统步进式数字阀所固有的离散误差和响应速度之间难以协调的矛盾。实验结果证明该阀的主要动静特性较国外同规格的各类比例阀具有较明显的优势。
In this paper, a new type of electro-hydraulic digital valve for experimental study. The valve structure is based on the principle of double freedom of movement of the valve core. The control adopts the continuous tracking control method of the stepper motor to solve the contradiction between the discrepancies and the response speed inherent in traditional step-by-step digital valves. Experimental results show that the main valve static and dynamic characteristics of foreign than the specifications of all kinds of proportional valve has obvious advantages.
