目的观察姜黄素预处理对沙漠干热环境中暑大鼠血清及尿液电解质的影响。方法 140只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为中暑0时间点组和中暑后24 h组,每组又分为常温氯化钠对照组、轻度中暑氯化钠组、中度中暑氯化钠组、重度中暑氯化钠组、轻度中暑姜黄素组、中度中暑姜黄素组和重度中暑姜黄素组7个亚组。常温组条件为温度25℃,相对湿度35%;中暑组条件为温度41℃,相对湿度10%。第一组大鼠在中暑零时刻采下腔静脉血进行血清电解质测定,第二组大鼠于中暑后24 h,收集24 h尿液、采下腔静脉血,进行电解质测定。结果随中暑程度的加深,血清K~+逐渐降低,Na~+、Cl~-、Ca~(2+)有升高趋势,但均未达到显著水平,姜黄素干预后K~+逐步回升,而Na~+、Cl~-、Ca~(2+)均显著升高。中暑后24 h,血清中K~+在轻度与中度中暑时恢复至正常水平,而重度中暑时,血清K~+浓度依旧很低。姜黄素干预后,轻度与中度中暑大鼠血清K~+上升反弹明显,并显著高于正常水平,重度中暑大鼠血清K~+则恢复至正常水平,而Na~+、Cl~-、Ca~(2+)在中暑之后24 h均恢复至正常水平。中暑后24h,尿中K~+、Na~+、Cl~-的浓度均较低,姜黄素干预后,尿中Cl~-增加显著。结论姜黄素可通过提高血清中K~+浓度,促进Cl~-的排出而纠正沙漠干热环境中暑大鼠电解质紊乱。
Objective To observe the effect of curcumin pretreatment on serum and urine electrolytes in heat-damp heat-induced stroke rats. Methods 140 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into heat stroke 0 point group and 24 h post heat stroke. Each group was divided into normal temperature sodium chloride control group, mild heatstroke sodium chloride group, moderate heatstroke sodium chloride group , Severe heatstroke sodium chloride group, mild heatstroke curcumin group, moderate heatstroke curcumin group and severe heatstroke curcumin group. Room temperature conditions were 25 ℃, relative humidity 35%; sunstroke group temperature 41 ℃, relative humidity 10%. In the first group, vena cava was sampled for determination of serum electrolytes at zero time of heat stroke. The second group of rats were collected for 24 hours after 24 hours of heat stroke, and vena cava blood was collected for electrolyte determination. Results With the deepening of heat stroke, serum K ~ + gradually decreased, Na ~ +, Cl ~ - and Ca ~ (2 +) increased, but did not reach the significant level. K ~ + gradually rose after the intervention of curcumin, While Na ~ +, Cl ~ -, Ca ~ (2+) increased significantly. 24 h after heatstroke, K + in serum recovered to normal level in mild and moderate heat stroke, while serum K + concentration was still low in severe heat stroke. After intervention with curcumin, the serum K ~ + level of mild and moderate heatstroke rats rebounded obviously, and was significantly higher than normal level. Serum K ~ + of severe heatstroke rats returned to normal level, while Na ~ +, Cl ~ , Ca ~ (2+) recovered to normal level 24 h after heat stroke. After 24 hours of heat stroke, urinary concentrations of K ~ +, Na ~ + and Cl ~ - were lower. After curcumin intervention, the urinary Cl ~ - increased significantly. Conclusion Curcumin can correct electrolyte imbalance in heat stroke rats by increasing K + concentration in serum and promoting Cl ~ - release.
