采用理论力学方法,将辐照监督管结构拔插系统简化为弹簧球模型。在接触面上运动时,弹簧球的平衡与拔插力、配合尺寸过盈量、摩擦系数、弹簧刚度以及接触表面形状相关。通过建立该弹簧球模型的平衡方程,获得拔插力计算的解析解。结果表明,相对于有限元分析,应用解析解可以快速有效地优化结构设计,确定相关因素敏感性。
By using theoretical mechanics, the system of inserting and removing the radiation supervisory tube is simplified into a spring ball model. When moving on the contact surface, the balance of the spring ball is related to the pulling force, the size of the interference, the friction coefficient, the spring stiffness and the contact surface shape. By establishing the equilibrium equation of the spring ball model, the analytic solution of the interpolation force is obtained. The results show that, compared with the finite element analysis, the application of analytical solution can quickly and effectively optimize the structural design and determine the sensitivity of relevant factors.
