针对一家矿物冶炼企业所面临的效率提升与产能扩充等方面的问题,根据矿物冶炼过程生产系统为一个典型的离散和连续生产过程相结合的复杂生产系统的特点,从连续型系统的生产线改善需求出发,利用工业工程的程序分析法及精益生产相关理论对现行系统进行详细分析,结合计算机建模与仿真技术对该系统提出了对应的概念模型,并建立规范的逻辑模型,通过仿真分析模拟出系统的运营情景,指出了制约生产线能力的瓶颈环节.研究结果表明:在不增加固定资产投入的情况下,利用模拟退火优化方法得出的最优改善方案可提高生产系统的效率.
