Impact Factor is an important indicator and citation measure for sci-tech periodicals. The concept was first proposed by E. Garfield in the 1955 Science Index, published in the “Science Citation Index.” First, the e. Garfield “influencing factors” put forward the concept of “Journal Reference Report” is actually a collection of statistical journal papers to papers cited and cited data sets. It includes the Immediacy Index, Half Life, the number of references per paper (R / P), and the “Influencing Factors” and other indicators. It is well-known that the size of a scientific journal’s essay will, to a certain extent, directly or indirectly affect the amount of citations it cites. There is no doubt that journals with high volumes of texts are more likely to be cited than journals with lower essays. Because of the rapid development of modern science and technology, the value of journal articles published in the latest scientific and technological achievements exists
