针对福岛核电事故所反映出的问题,某核电工程拟在核燃料厂房新增乏燃料水池补水改进。本文描述了设计修改方案及实施方案。改进实施后,提供了一条可行的全厂断电情况下的补水途径,同时分析了补水改进对其他方面产生的影响。所有改进后的管道系统均进行了力学计算分析。结果表明,改进后的管道系统模型所有节点应力均满足RCC-M规范要求,RCC-M规范要求的各个工况下的机械特性完好性得到了证明。
In response to the problems reflected in the Fukushima nuclear accident, a nuclear power project proposed to add new fuel tanks to the nuclear fuel plant to improve the water supply. This article describes design modifications and implementation scenarios. After the implementation was improved, a feasible route for replenishment in the case of power failure of the whole plant was provided. At the same time, the impact of the replenishment improvement on other aspects was analyzed. All of the improved piping systems have been subjected to mechanics calculations. The results show that the stress of all joints of the improved pipeline system model meets the requirements of RCC-M specification and the mechanical characteristics of each condition required by RCC-M specification are proved.
