目的:对经微粉化制备的枳术丸与枳术丸进行显微、理化鉴别、溶出情况对比研究,探索超微粉碎对丸剂质量的影响。方法:采用TLC法鉴别枳实与白术、采用HPLC法测定枳术丸橙皮苷的体外溶出情况,并采用了Weibull分布模型进行溶出动力学模拟。结果:超微粉碎与普通粉碎后TLC无显著差别,经微粉化制备的枳术丸各时间点的有效成分溶出较普通丸剂快。结论:枳术丸经超微粉碎后橙皮苷溶出量增加,溶出速度明显提高。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the microscopic, physical and chemical identification and dissolution of Zhizhu Pills and Zhizhu Pills that have been micronized, and to explore the effect of ultrafine pulverization on the quality of pills. Methods: TLC method was used to identify Fructus Aurantii and Atractylodes macrocephala and HPLC method was used to determine the in vitro dissolution rate of Hesperidin. The Weibull distribution model was used to simulate the dissolution kinetics. RESULTS: There was no significant difference between ultrafine comminution and TLC after ordinary comminution. The active ingredient at each time point of the Zhizhu pill prepared by micronization was faster than that of the ordinary bolus. Conclusion: The amount of hesperidin eluted by ultrafine pulverization of Zhizhu Pill increases, and the dissolution rate increases obviously.
